Holly Brown is a professional real estate consultant who is a member of the Pivach
Properties Group with Compass Real Estate. She has 23 years of sales and
customer service experience, a strong background in residential construction
and obtained her real estate license in 2010. Holly's husband Eric Brown owns
and operates Brown Bear Contracting and his company is creating beautiful
spaces in homes throughout the Austin Area.
Years in the residential
construction business & the real estate industry has procured a well seasoned

Outside of the office Holly enjoys anything that nature has to offer. She married a
born and raised Alaska man and we spend every moment we can in the great
outdoors. We have two beautiful daughters, Kiara & Kennedy, and two fur babies,
Harley and Roy. We love fishing, camping, boating, rafting, hiking, playing games
like corn hole, horseshoes, card games and taking trips to Alaska in the summer
to stock up on salmon. Holly also donates time in her daughters classrooms
assisting her teachers and other school functions. We love Austin and all it has to
offer and are beyond grateful to live and raise our family here.
In closing, Holly was destined to be in sales and truth be told, her career really
started in 2nd grade. She came up with the brilliant idea to purchase books from
her school book club and then sold them to other children for a profit until her
teacher caught wind of it. So, she retired from selling books at school and her
next venture in sales was working for a telemarketing company selling the
Discover credit card when she was 15 years old. She will never understand the
hiring manager's logic in recruiting a 15 year old to sell a credit card but one
thing she did learn? She enjoyed being in the profession of sales and helping
people. Fast forward thirty years, Holly has helped over 100+ families relocate,
sell and purchase property and she considers it a privilege assisting clients with
their most prized possession, their home.
